About
We'd rather fix it once
than bill you for it forever.
LastPatch is a small company that moves businesses off websites that need patching every month, onto sites that don't.
Most business websites don't change much - a few pages, a contact form, the odd news post. Yet they come with a login, a database, a stack of plugins and a monthly bill to keep all of it patched, and someone has to install every update for as long as the site is up.
The usual answer is a care plan: pay every month and the problem stays manageable. We think the problem shouldn't be there at all. So we rebuild the site on a platform with nothing for you to patch, keep your address and every URL working, and hand it back.
Sometimes the honest answer is that a migration won't pay for itself. When that's the case, the audit says so in writing, and you keep the advice either way.
How we work
Four promises
you can hold us to.
- 01
A fixed quote, in writing
It names the platform, the reasoning, the price and the date. If the work grows, that's our problem - not your invoice.
- 02
Honest advice, even when it's "stay"
If a migration won't pay for itself, we tell you, and show you how to harden what you have instead.
- 03
Your live site keeps running
The new site is built on staging beside the old one, with every URL mapped and every redirect tested before anything moves.
- 04
30 days of watching after the switch
We monitor redirects, search and uptime for a month after cutover. Then your maintenance calendar is simply empty.

Make this the last patch
you ever install.
Drop your URL. You'll see your plugin count, known-vulnerable plugins and what the stack costs you a month - then pick a time to go through it together. You leave with a plan either way: a fixed quote, or honest advice to stay put.
